Tuesday 30th October 2012

The start of the NBA season is now upon us and I very much hope for another profitable year!

Looking at the match ups from tonight it looks like there is value on two bets to combine into a double. With no John Wall and Nene for the Wizards, the Cavaliers look a sure fire bet at 1.44.

With the addition of Ray Allen to the Miami squad they now look an ever stronger force within the NBA and should see off Boston in the season opener at 1.38. Whilst I have looked at the points lines and feel that Cavaliers / Wizards should go under 188 and that Celtics / Heat should clear 190 I will leave this due to a risk factor being too high.

The Lakers have had a rough pre-season and even without Dirk Nowitzki for Dallas I see 1.23 being far too short to back and therefore this is a leave for me.

Double recommended:

Cavaliers (1.44)
Heat (1.38)

Pays 1.92 (with Bwin)
